Male or Majority Group Allies: Helping Create Inclusive & Highly Productive Technology Workplaces (Panel)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Male or Majority Group Allies are key for successful change efforts in workplaces or professional environments. While anyone can make change, majority-group allies often have more power and are in a better position to make significant and systemic change within their organization. This allyship can often be fluid  and intersectional with individuals being an ally for their colleagues while at other times needing an ally in certain situations.  Our panel will interview experts on how they view allyship and how to foster a more inclusive and a more productive professional environment.
